 Sokunthea Hong - Product Manager

Sok is PrintSolv's Product Manager. He manages FMAudit Enterprise roll-outs and Customer Support and Training programs.

Sok has 10 years experience in Technical Product Management with a major Printer Vendor. He also brings to the table strong experience with multiple MPS Software packages.

 Allan Conen - Account Manager

Allan is PrintSolv's Account Manager. Allan assists with 'new business' operations and general Account Management of PrintSolv customers.

As an ex-customer of PrintSolv and having recently sold his Print and Supplies dealership, Allan delivers to our customers invaluable experiences in the field having succesfully used FMAudit as a tool to generate more hardware and consumables sales in his previous business. 

 Peter Cheng - Technical Product Specialist

Peter is PrintSolv's Technical Product Specialist. Peter provides our customers support, he  also provides our customers with 'parallel to product' development like Custom scripting, reporting and alerting.

Peter has a Masters Degree in Database Management and has had 4 years Technical Support experience with a major Printer Vendor. Peters skill set includes ; SQL, Java, HTML and PERL programming.

 Andrew Tsiorvas - General Manager

Andrew is PrintSolv's General Manager and has been with the compnay since its infancy. He manages the day-to-day operations of PrintSolv including Sales, Marketing, Support and Supplier Relationships.

Andrew has over 10 years experience in the industry including 5 years with a major Printer Vendor and experience with multiple MPS Software packages.

 Craig Betts - Account Manager - NZ and The Pacific Islands

Craig Betts is PrintSolv's Account Manager for New Zealnd and The Pacific Islands. Craig manages all 'new business' operations and general Account Management of PrintSolv customers.

Craig has over 15 years experience in the industry which included a successful reign as NZ Country Manager for a major Printer Manufacturer.
